Garland shooter linked to the CyberCaliphate group which hacked US CENTCOM

Twitter exchanges reveal that Garland shooter, Elton Simpon was online friend of CyberCaliphate c0-founder Junaid Hussain

Four days after shooting at Garland, where Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi were gunned down by authorities for opening fire, security agencies have found out that Elton Simpson was a online friend of CyberCaliphate co-founder Junaid Hussain.

According the the security agencies Junaid Hussain is a British hacker believed to be working for ISIS, and Mohamed Abdullahi Hassan, an American recruited by the Somali terror gang al-Shabaab in 2008.

Simpson had asked his Twitter followers to follow Junaid Hussain in one of his final Tweets before launching the attack in Texas and Hussain congratulated Simpson after the attack, according to security agencies.

Hussain’s hacking group, CyberCaliphate had hacked into the U.S. Central Command’s Twitter account, @CENTCOM in month of January, 2015. After taking over the Centcom account, CyberCaliphate had fired random tweets and leaked information about the US military personnel deployment.
