OnePlus One 16GB Silk White to be available for $249 (Rs.16000) and 64GB version for $299 (Rs.19000) for a week from June 1 to 7
OnePlus did not announce the launch of OnePlus 2 yesterday as some of us speculated. By June 7, OnePlus One will get a price cut for the next one week and there’s a flash sale that will take place within the selected times on the OnePlus.net site. The $50 discount making the 64GB Sandstone Black and 16GB Silk White will be available in the market at a new price starting from $249. OnePlus One 16 GB will cost $249 which is around Rs 16,000, while the 64GB will cost $299 which will be around Rs 19,000.
OnePlus states that the sale has a very limited quantity and users will have to follow the OnePlus Facebook, Twitter, channels to be updated. The company states that as per the official website OnePlus.net there is a price cut. India and South East Asia will get “country specific offers” soon. So if you are buying phone in India, Amazon has no current flash sale or reduced price. The Flash sale will start from June 1 to June 7.
There is rumour in the market that the “OnePlus 2” is the next phone from OnePlus and Courtesy to information leaked online by benchmarking app, GeekBench, there is a device named OnePlus One A2001. This information confirmed that OnePlus 2 will come with Snapdragon 810 SoC. A report on GizChina had also noted how OnePlus CEO Pete Lau had said that OnePlus 2 is likely to be launched in the third quarter of 2015.
