Man updates PC with Windows 10 and wakes up to his NSFW collection slideshow on repeat

Man runs into marital problems after his Windows 10 upgrade runs his NSFW collection as slideshow on repeat

Among the millions of happy Windows 10 upgraders is a very unhappy soul. A user who goes by the name of FalloutBoS on Reddit may be the first of Windows 10 users to be left red-faced after upgrading to Microsoft’s new operating system when his adult image catalogue began blinking across his screen in a slideshow on repeat.

Pretty much like millions other Windows users, FalloutBoS was as excited to upgrade to the Microsoft’s latest operating system. He upgraded to the new software and left it to ‘do its thing’ overnight, only to be woken by his wife asking why his collection of NSFW images was rotating on the desktop view.

Apparently FalloutBoS seems to have been a victim of a slightly controversial feature on Windows 10 which pulls images from the users default pictures gallery and plays them in a loop on the screen. Little did FalloutBoS imagine that he would fall prey to this default feature which left him red faced in the front of his wife.

Writing on Reddit under his username FalloutBoS, he said: “Loaded up WIN 10 last night and left it on to do its thing. “Woke up to wife asking why I set it to rotate all my porn images right on the desktop view.  “I have no idea how to shut that feature off and that computer is staying shut down until I do.”

Luckily for him, his wife was understanding and took the matter in a lighter vein,

“My wife is very happy I admitted my mistake on this sub. She said I took my medicine and she now finds it quite funny. Ain’t love grand?”

The feature can easily be turned off, with a simple right click and press of ‘turn live tile off’.

However, FalloutBoS has an advise for all Windows upgraders to Windows 10 “Don’t make my mistake, keep your private pictures out of My Pictures, no matter how deep you hide them in subfolders.
