Huawei launches budget smartphones, Honor 4c, Honor Bee smartphones and a 13,000 mAh power bank

Huawei Honor 4C Android KitKat smartphone costs Rs 8,999 while the Honor Bee is priced at Rs 4,999 and the 13,000 mAh power bank retails at Rs 1,399

Huawei today jumped into the already crowded budget smartphone market by launching not one but two budget smartphones, Huawei Honor 4c and Huawei Bee.

Both the dual-SIM smartphones and the 13,000 mAh power bank will be available exclusively on Flipkart.  The called Honor 4c is priced at Rs 8,999 while Honor Bee will set you back by Rs 4,999 along with a 13,000 mAh power bank which will cost Rs 1,399.

The Huawei Honor 4C smartphone has a 5-inch 720p HD TFT IPS display having 1280×720 pixels with 76 per cent visual screen to body ratio. It runs on a 64-bit 1.2GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 620 processor with 2GB of RAM. It has 8GB internal memory which can be expanded upto 32GB through a microSD expansion slot.

For creativity it has a 13MP A/F rear camera with flash and a 5MP front camera for selfie lovers. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with default Huawei Emotion UI 3.0. It runs on a 2,550mAh battery, For connectivity, Honor 4c offers Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, Wi-Fi , 3G on the connectivity front.

The the other Huawei smartphone, Honor Bee also runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with lighter version of Emotion UI 3.0. While it has 4.5-inch screen with FWVGA resolution and runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core SC7731 Cortex-A7 processor. It is powered by 1GB of RAM and has 8GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD expansion slot.

The Honor Bee sports an 8MP A/F rear camera with dual-LED Flash and a 2MP front camera. The Bee is powered by a 1,730mAh battery and offers regular connectivity features as Honor 4c.

Huawei said that both the smartphones will be shipped from May 11 onwards and is giving a 10% Honor Bee discount on purchase via debit/credit card as a promotional limited period inaugural offer on pre-ordering.

The 1,3000 mAh Honor Power Bank AP007 will retail at Rs.1,399 and is compatible with every smartphone and tablet and can be connected via USB cable and port.
