Here are the top 20 places to work with in 2016 based on their job satisfaction and work environment

As you all know, we are almost nearing towards the end of 2015. If you are looking for a change of job in 2016, the job hunting site Glassdoor provides you a sneak peak which companies to target in the new year.

Based on the ratings and reviews submitted by the employees on its site, Glassdoor browsed its huge database of employer listings and found the top companies with the most satisfied workers. On a 5-point scale, the reviewers rate their company: 1.0=very dissatisfied, 3.0=OK, 5.0=very satisfied.

The list of companies below provides you the best 20 companies that you should look to work in 2016. While companies like Apple and Nike to everyone’s surprise did not make it to the top 20, smaller, up-and-coming companies that were able to made the cut this year.

No. 1: Airbnb
Score: 4.6

Airbnb is travel company phenom that helped invent a new market, matching those with spare rooms/homes/condos to rent with travelers wanting to rent them. It has over 1,500,000 listings in 34,000 cities and 190 countries.
