Your favorite hacking serial Mr.Robot now available as a game for Android smartphones and iOS devices
For millions of Mr.Robot fans out there, there is a new game which promises to bring the excitement of the the highly popular serial to your Android smartphone and iPhone. You can now be the hacker TV series Mr. Robot and help in the takedown of Evil Corp in a new game from the developers of Oxenfree.
The new game called Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n is a text based adventure game, published by Telltale.
Telltale’s presser says,
Taking place during the first season of USA Network’s Golden Globe Award-winning drama, you find a smart phone on the ground outside the Fun Society Arcade at Coney Island. Little do you know that the phone belongs to Darlene, a black hat hacker who’s about to commit the biggest cybercrime the world has ever seen… and she needs her phone back to do it.
Become embroiled in the world of fsociety, a renegade hacker group determined to “reset the world,” by texting different employees of their target corporation: E-Corp, a massive global tech company.
Steal, cheat and lie your way through this technological minefield while dealing with Elliot’s fractured personality, and trying to keep your own information safe.
The game allows players to use the E-Corp messaging app to communicate with characters from the show, changing the story outcomes with each decision they make.
The game is available offline, with no internet connection required once it is downloaded. Unlike most mobile games, Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltrati0n does not feature any in-App purchases.
