The data was leaked on twitter and soon spread over twitter through other Anonymous networks, the data is uploaded on file sharing website and is up for download. 

The leaked data contains 19 different files, of about 3142 mb of size in complete. and contains Mails & Electronic Docs of different members of Republican Oversight Committee, of United States of America.
