Now just use Google Search to find your lost Android Phone and locate it

Google has come up with an option that lets users track their stolen or misplaced phone, all you need to do is just Google it

While number of applications are available online which provide with almost same features to locate your lost phone, Google has made it more easier and a step ahead of all of them.

Google says, “We’ve all been there — you’ve searched under your car seat, tossed around the sofa cushions and you still can’t find your phone. If you know where your computer is, you can now ask Google to find your Android phone from your desktop.”

Google can ring it for you, if the phone is nearby or can even show it on map, if you, say, forgot it at the bar. the company explained on a Google Plus post

Google’s “Find My Phone” still lacks few of the features you may wish for like locking the phone or erasing the data in case it is stolen. In that case you need “Android Device Manager”, the app which Google launched in August 2013. with almost same features including ring it or locate it on map.

Anyways, Google has not explained the feature of “Find My Phone” in depth and this may bring more features that its old “Android Device Manager” holds.

In order to use this app, all you need is the latest Google app!
