DreamWorks CEO says Tesla Model S saved his life
Tesla founder Elon Musk has gained a friend and follower for life. DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg was singing Elon Musk’s praises after suffering injuries in aย Beverly Hills car crash.
Katzenberg had an near fatal accident on October 19. He broke his arm and wrist following accident and is was operated on at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. ย The Hollywood Reporter first reportedย Katzenberg attendedย GLSEN’s Respect Awardsย inย Beverly Wilshire,ย sporting a pink cast and a sling where he just couldnt stop praising Musk and his Tesla.
At the event, Katzenberg said the car accident would have been much worse if not for the safety features of the Tesla Model S. The car was “destroyed” in the accident.ย “Thank you, Elon Musk โ you saved my life,” Katzenberg said.
Muskย replied to Katzenberg’s comment, saying it was “much appreciated,” on Twitter late Monday night.
