For those who are interested in downloading Birds Linux 8.0, there is a Live ISO image provided, courtesy of Softpedia. Unfortunately, if you are running a 32-bit operating system, then the program is not going to be compatible with your system. A 64-bit operating system is the bare minimum because it also provides you the opportunity to add more RAM in your system, thus improving the amount of freedom you get to run more programs.
