‘Call of Duty: Mobile’ now available for download on iOS and Android for free

‘Call of Duty: Mobile’ – one of the most anticipated mobile game and rival to popular PUBG Mobile – was launched on iOS and Android devices on Tuesday.

The free-to-play mobile game, which is a collaborative effort between publisher Activision and Tencent’s Timi Studio, is an online multiplayer game for PC/console players.

The mobile version of Call of Duty will get both zombies mode and a battle royale mode. From Black Ops to Modern Warfare, one can expect popular maps from Nuketown, Crash, and Hijacked, along with the Free for All, Team Deathmatch, Frontline, Search and Destroy, and other gameplay modes, as well as heavy artillery and characters from all the Call of Duty games.

“Our aim from the beginning has been to set a new standard for mobile multiplayer action games by combining Call of Duty’s signature gameplay, content and presentation quality with best-in-class development and live service expertise,” Chris Plummer, VP, Mobile at Activision, said as part of the press release announcing the game’s availability.

“Our collaboration with TiMi Studios has delivered a remarkable experience that introduces fresh new ways to engage for fans of the genre and features hallmarks for Call of Duty fans old and new.”

According to Sensor Tower data, ‘Call of Duty: Mobile’ has accumulated three million downloads within its first 24 hours of being live. Game lovers can download Call of Duty: Mobile right now from the App Store or Google Play.
