Better battery life, bug fixes and improved features in Android 5.0.2 Lollipop based Cyanogen OS 12 update for Yu Yureka
Micromax’s subsidiary Yu Televentures has announced that it will be rolling out the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop based Cyanogen OS 12 update for its Yu Yureka smartphone. The update brings usual bug fixes and improved features as a part of Lollipop family in addition to improved battery performance for Yu Yureka.
Priced at Rs.8999.00 the Yu Yureka was launched by Yu Televentures in January, 2014 with Android 4.4.4 KitKat based Cyanogen OS 11.
The size of the update is 130 MB and will be delivered to users via Over-the-Air (OTA). Yu Yureka users can check for the update manually by going to  Settings>About phone> Software update.
On its forums page, the company said, “We are excited to announce a new software update for Yureka which will lead to improved battery performance for Yureka.”
