Arlo comes with a weatherproof design and has a true wireless with a night vision that is capable to provide security round the clock. It takes up very less space and the size is smaller than the bar of soap. The special attribute of this system is its real-time notifications system which with the help of cloud access provides a notification time-by-time that home, children, cars, pet, small business, vacation rental, etc. are being observed. It also has the facility of providing you with notifications on your smartphone via an Arlo App or email. Also, the free-of-charge Arlo App allows you to view motion recordings, watch the recorded videos and modify arm/disarm motion-sensors as per your choice.
The motion picture that are shown on your desktop screen or smartphone are obtained from the signals of the four camera streams. Let’s have a look what the system includes. It has two HD outdoor cameras installed with night vision capability and motion sensors. The system also includes four magnetic mounts. Two of the mounts are used to move the camera around the home, and the rest two are used to protect each camera. In addition, the system also provides free cloud storage of 200 MB for storage of video recordings.
From June 2015, the Arlo Smart Home Security Kit system with two cameras (VMS3230) is available in India at a price of Rs. 35,000. Only after showing the Arlo Smart Home Security Kit, the Add-on cameras (VMC3030) will also be sold separately at a price of Rs. 9,900.
