Suspect Su Bin along with two uncharged Chinese co-conspirators allegedly stole super secret information of the United States’ Lockheed F-22 and F-35 aircraft and Boeing’s C-17 cargo plane. Su in an email said that the data would help China “stand easily on the giant’s shoulders.” He also added that the information would “allow us to rapidly catch up with U.S. levels.”

Su, aKa Stephen Su alias Stephen Subin, was arrested by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in British Columbia at the request of the U.S. on June 28.
Su, who is described to be managing, Lode-Tech, an aviation technology company based in China with an subordinate office in Canada. It is alleged that Su used Lode-Tech to breakinto the Boeing network of January 2010, according to a report filed by authorities in a federal complaint unsealed in Los Angeles this week.
The report also alleges that Su and his “co-conspirators” are also supposed to have hacked the systems of other US defence contractors between 2009 and 2013 remotely from a location in China.
The report suggested that the group was able to download gigabytes of data on 32 US projects, including what investigators believed was 220MB relating to the the US fighter plane F-22.
“Emails between SU and a co-conspirator in January 2010 contain at least one lengthy C-17 directory file listing that matches in extensive detail the files and folders hosted on Boeing’s computer systems,” FBI special agent Noel Neeman wrote in his report. “These facts show that the C-17 data was ex-filtrated directly from Boeing’s computer systems.” he added.

These Documents were never meant for the public distribution and were highly classified, investigators confirmed.
Investigators also found that Su and his Co-conspirators were planning to sell these classified documents to state-owned companies in China for personal profit.
The emails revealed and confirmed that the group previously targeted Tibetan democracy and independence movements.
Su is scheduled to be in court in Vancouver, B.C. for a bail hearing in mid-July. while others remain under investigation and will be apprehended shortly
