The hack was Announced on twitter by a Anonymous hacker going with the handle @instaBLAH

The website was claimed to be hacked against its support for Ali Bongo.
A paste released by the hacker showing the reason as,
This site has been targeted because Axa Insurance Group, a group whose president visited earlier this year dictator Ali Bongo to offer his support. An insurance company that handles billions and helps the corrupt regime of Bongo to plunder the good people of Gabon.
This is not the first time, this website being hacked, it have been hacked more than 3 times this year.
At the time of writing the Article the website was still showing the deface page.
