Coming at a opportune moment just weeks after the massive Sony Pictures Hack, the first movie on black hat hacking is set to be released in United States and elsewhere. Produced by Universal pictures and directed by Michael Mann, the movie. Blackhat stars Chris Hemsworth as a black hat hacker who is released from the prison to assist the United States and Chinese authorities to bust a cyber criminal who is very elusive.
Universal Pictures today released a second trailer of the move which will release on January 16 world wide. Blackhat begins with a prophetic quote made by former C.I.A. director Leon Panetta during a Senate hearing, “The next Pearl Harbor that we confront could very well be a cyber-attack.”
