Roblox’s popularity soared in the last five years, and so has the demand for open-source Roblox executors.
Users and curious developers who want to run custom Lua scripts need Roblox executor tools to do it. These scripts allow users to modify gameplay with extra features and provides advantages over normal players.
But before you try to explore the technical aspects of Roblox and run Lua scripts, you must understand the difference between a reliable open-source Roblox executor and a non-transparent, possibly malware-laden tool.
Closed-source Roblox executors are untrustworthy and might result in Roblox policy violations and account suspensions. I trust open-source Roblox executors because the code is available openly, and anyone can review it for hidden problems.
So, you can proceed with Roblox scripting with a sense of comfort. Here are the eight best Roblox executors you can use.
Table Of Contents
1. Xeno Executor (For Windows Users)
Xeno Executor carved a niche for itself due to its focus on fast performance and availability on a single platform. It supports keyless activations, which reduces the need to perform verification and wait for minutes before seeing the executor in action.
It offers multi-attach support, can perform external Roblox script execution, and has online script hub integration, without any subscription.
I like Xeno’s ability to do keyless activations, and it doesn’t consume excessive RAM in the background. However, if you want to run mobile Roblox scripts, Xeno lacks the support for it. You can only use it on a Windows device.
2. Delta Executor (Multi-platform)
Xeno’s focus is only on Windows devices, but Delta Executor caters to every platform. So, you can use it to run Roblox Lua scripts on your iOS devices and Android phones or tablets. The best part is that it even supports executing Lua scripts on macOS, making it a versatile tool.
Delta claims to be a level-8 executor, which means it works with almost all kinds of scripts. You can use the “Script hub” section to find useful scripts, and the only way to stay malware-free is by avoiding the clones.
Ensure to download the Delta executor from the official site links, and you can use Lua scripts on the concerned device. The main difference is that Delta uses “keys” for verification, and you can do so by completing a series of simple tasks.
I prefer the keyless approach of Xeno, but it only works on one platform, while Delta works on everything.
3. Valex Executor (For Beginners)
While other executors aim for the best performance and stability, Valex gives equal focus to the user-interface. It has a very beginner-friendly UI that makes running scripts an easy task. Like Xeno, it’s exclusive to Window operaitng system only.
To run the Valex executor, you must disable all the active security software because it might falsely flag it “unsafe”. I don’t have a problem using it, and it even offers a hub to find newer Lua scripts that you might not have heard about before.
Like Delta, Valex needs a key to work and activate the Lua scripts. It has a free and paid tier; the latter just makes obtaining keys faster with a few more advanced features like UNC support. I don’t have a problem using the free version, but a mobile version would be great.
4. Fluxus Executor (Works On Linux)
Until now, I’ve mentioned executors that work on mobile devices like Android and iOS, and some work on Windows and macOS. But Fluxus adds another operating system support and can run on Linux without any problems.
If you are someone who has completely ditched Windows or macOS due to their restrictive approach, you can start Roblox development and modification on Linux with the Fluxus executor. Like Valex, it has a high UNC success rate and offers continuous updates to fix incompatibility issues with OS updates.
All you need to do is download the Linux package on your system and then use a package manager like dkpg or rpm to install it. Fluxus needs a key to work, and once applied, you can execute Lua scripts for 24 hours. You’ll need to generate a new key after that, and you can customize Lua scripts with the built-in script editor.
5. Trigon Evo (New And Powerful)
Trigon Evo executor is a fresh tool in the Roblox scripting scene, but its performance makes it stand apart among the top names. It comfortably works on Windows and Android and boasts a 99% success rate while running custom scripts.
It offers a complete breakdown of how to install the executor and integrate it with the Roblox app. I didn’t face any problems while running or modifying scripts, except that it needs to disable security software for some time.
The only negative point is that you might encounter ads and pop-ups while running it. I pay attention to what I click inside it; otherwise, it just downloads promotional apps. If you can ignore this minor issue, Trigon Evo is one of the few truly “keyless” executors available for both Windows and Android.
6. Krnl Executor (Old But Reliable)
Krnl has been in the Roblox executor space for a long time and still works reliably. The developers keep releasing new updates to help it keep working with Roblox launches. You can run customized Lua scripts with the simple interface.
Like Trigon Evo, Krnl works on a freemium model, which means you must watch ads occasionally. The ads don’t ruin your scripting and developmental experience, and the tool is very lightweight. I tested it on my seven-year-old laptop, and it works with old Windows versions.
I hope Krnl would adopt a keyless system, even if it means showing ads. Yet, the key generation process is faster as I have to do fewer tasks compared to the Delta executor to get a key. The UI also needs to be better if it wants to catch up with Delta or Xeno.
7. Matcha Executor (Free Cloud Account)
Matcha Executor is a keyless tool, which means you don’t need to deal with Linkvertise or other such processes to obtain keys. All you need to do is install it and run alongside Roblox for Lua scripting. I’m amazed by Matcha Executor’s stability as it seldom crashes, even while running heavy Lua scripts.
It’s directly available on GitHub, and you can use it on both Windows and Android. However, in my experience, the Android version works better and receives regular updates compared to the PC edition.
One noticeable difference is that you can save your custom scripts in the online account and can then access them on any of your Roblox devices. Cloud support is rare to see in Roblox executors, but Matcha offers it for free.
8. Solara Executor (Completely Free)
Solara is among the first few external executors to work with Roblox. It currently offers 36% sUNC, and 66% UNC, but has a stunning UI that uncomplicates script modification and running.
It’s available on GitHub, so you can expect multiple forks and community-suggested tweaks to improve the tool. While I like its design, the success rate is slightly lower than that of other executors I mentioned on this list.
Solara works flawlessly on Windows PC and even with the latest Windows 11 updates. I like the idea that devs keep it completely free with timely updates. However, I still need to deactivate security software to try out scripts.
A Word Of Caution
There’s a thin line between safe, open-source Roblox executors and downright malware. The latter is a means to cheat the game, and using such tools ends up compromising your official Roblox account.
To stay on the safe side, you can try your script development and testing journey with a dummy account. It’s a good decision to avoid bans and losing your account.
One more thing to do is keep the executor updated. If you don’t do so, either the OS or the game will stop supporting it.
Conclusion
Roblox executors make it possible to stay ahead of the development and scripting curve. I personally love both Xeno and Delta executors, and you can pick one based on the OS and features you want. There are very few Linux Roblox executors, and Fluxus can be of great help on Ubuntu and other Linux distributions.
